In short: we collect only what we need to run your account, licenses and competitions. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, who processes your payment details — we never see your card.

1. Who is responsible

TheBotCup is operated by ai bot studio, Egypt ("TheBotCup", "we", "us"). Contact: thebotcup@gmail.com. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For payments, Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record and is responsible for the payment data it collects (see Paddle's Privacy Policy).

They process data only to provide their service to us. Some providers may process data outside your country; they protect it with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Children

Many of our users are students. Students under 16 need a parent or guardian to agree when the account is created. Parents and guardians can ask us to see, export or delete their child's data at any time.

7. Storage and retention

Data is stored securely, encrypted in transit. Accounts that have not been used for 24 months and have no valid license are deleted. Order records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law.

8. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The simulator stores small items in your browser (for example your login session and settings) so that it works. Paddle's checkout uses its own cookies for the payment.

You (or your parent or guardian) can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, its deletion, or to object to or restrict its use, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. Write to thebotcup@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days.
