Until online payment opens, your teacher or TheBotCup organisers give you a license key. In the Simulator, open Account → Enter license key. Once online payment opens, you can also buy it in the Simulator under Account → Buy license, and it is added to your account automatically.

Yes, you can log in anywhere, one computer at a time. Logging in on a new computer signs you out of the old one.
