Privacy notice

AiBotCup Simulator and the TheBotCup competition. Last updated: September 2026.

What we collect

When you create an account: your name, email, date of birth, school, country and class. While you use AiBotCup Simulator: your Learning results (score, time, number of attempts, date) and the last program you used in each lesson. We never store your password itself, only a protected fingerprint of it.

Why

To run your account and licenses, place you in the right age category, save your progress, let your teacher follow your work (only if you accept their class invitation), and run fair competitions.

Who can see it

• You: your own account and results.
• Your teacher: your name, email, school and Learning results, only after you accept an invitation to their class. You can leave a class at any time.
• Judges: leaderboards with a short name (for example "Sara A."), school and country.
• TheBotCup organisers: accounts and licenses, to manage the competition. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Children

Students under 16 need a parent or guardian to agree when the account is created. Parents can ask us to see, export or delete their child's data.

Where and how long

Data is stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare), encrypted and sent only over secure connections. Accounts that have not been used for 24 months and have no valid license are deleted.

Your rights

You (or your parent or guardian) can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account. Contact the TheBotCup organisers at info@thebotcup.com.
